4. Payment and Billing
Our services are charged according to the selected package. Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in service suspension. All prices exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in certain cases per our applicable refund policy. Fully delivered services cannot be refunded. For refund requests, contact our team within 7 business days of identifying the issue.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our services are the exclusive property of AhliWeb and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. Deliverables become client property upon full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
AhliWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service.
8. Prohibited Use
You are not permitted to use our services for illegal activities, spreading harmful content, spam, or activities that violate applicable Indonesian law.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation and consensus, and if no agreement is reached, through the competent court in Indonesia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
